I was very sad to learn the news of the passing of Representative Dick Hess. Dick was a friend and strong leader for the 78th Legislative District. He will be sorely missed in the General Assembly as a tireless fighter for a better Pennsylvania.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Hess family at this time.
