Fans of the Alien franchise can mark their calendars for an exciting new addition to the series, as “Alien: Romulus” is set to hit theaters on August 16, 2024. Directed by well-known filmmaker Fede Álvarez, known for his work on “Don’t Breathe” and “Evil Dead,” the film promises to take audiences on a thrilling space adventure.

“Alien: Romulus” was originally planned for streaming on Hulu but will now have an exclusive theatrical release. The reason why this decision was made is so that the movie can attract a wider audience and provide an exciting experience.
This film is the first new entry in the Alien series since “Alien: Covenant” in 2017, featuring a fresh story and new characters.
